Thank you for your interest in the Hickory Museum of Art as the setting for your event. Conveniently nestled among the historic homes of Hickory’s scenic Claremont District, the Museum offers an elegant atmosphere for receptions, parties, reunions, meetings and corporate functions.

Wonderful works of art provide a prestigious environment for your event, and guests are encouraged to explore our changing exhibitions throughout the Museum. Other amenities include convenient entrances for caterers and deliveries, as well as ample parking for your guests. Proceeds benefit the Museum’s community programs and special events, so you can feel good about your choice of venue.

Please see the links on this page for more specific information on our Rental Contract (which is comprised of the Fee Tally Sheet, Contact Information Sheet, Facility Rental Guidelines, and the Statement of Understanding for Distribution of Food, Beverage and Alcohol). If you decide you would like to rent the Museum, you must fill-out and sign (and obtain signatures from caterers and bartenders) the forms mentioned above. Once that is done, please return your contract to me, along with your non-refundable deposit of $150 and any applicable membership fee (check made payable to HMA). Please understand that we cannot hold a reservation until we have received your signed contract and deposit.
